Villa Yoyo - Other Information

The villa is positioned around two sides of the large 17 x 6.5 metre lap pool, which is tiled with green Java stone and complemented by a serene Buddha statue and an outdoor rainshower. Privacy and security is maintained by an encompassing garden wall. At one end of the pool is a relaxation pavilion, known as a ‘bale bengong’. Furnished with cushions, it is great for chilling out with a book or taking an afternoon nap. A small, 2-storey, rectangular, wooden gazebo, charmingly fashioned in the form of a traditional rice barn – known as a ‘lumbung’ or ‘jineng’ – with a thatched, horseshoe-shaped roof, rests in another part of the garden. It features a lower platform and a staircase leading up to a private, upper room accessed by a Lombok door. This is a fun playhouse for children.

Villa check in time is at 14:00hours. The mandatory check out time is 11:00 hours. 

 

For late checkout until 18:00 hours a fee of 50% from the daily room rate will be chargedand is only offered subject to availability. Check out after 18:00 hours one night full rate applies and may be offered only subject to availability. 

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Regular Season
· Without any charge 16days prior of arrival
· Between 15days till 8days prior of arrival will be charged 50% from the
entire room reservation value
· Between 7days prior of arrival or in the event no-show will be applied
100% from the entire room reservation value/full nights
2. High Season:
· Without any charge 31days prior of arrival
· Between 30days till 15days prior of arrival will be charged 50% from the
entire room reservation value
· Between 14days prior of arrival or in the event no-show will be charged

CHILDREN POLICY

Please note that not all villas are suitable for small children as ponds, unfenced cliff edges, swimming pools and other factors may cause a danger to unsupervised children. 
Under no circumstances should the villa owners be held liable for any accidents on the villa property. 

The villa is a mere thirty minutes' drive from the international airport, and convenient for all of the main tourist attractions and shopping malls.
