Villa Kavya is a contemporary four-bedroom villa in Canggu, located just a few minutes walk from Canggu beach. Generously designed to maximize space and privacy on 1500 square metres, the shingle-roof property offers the best of tropical island living with all creature comforts. Two swimming pools, one of them 17-metres long, big wooden patios and an expansive, flat-lawned garden all complement the building. 2. High Season:
· Without any charge 31days prior of arrival
· Between 30days till 15days prior of arrival will be charged 50% from the
entire room reservation value

100% from the entire room reservation value/full nights.
CHILDREN POLICY
Please note that not all villas are suitable for small children as ponds, unfenced cliff edges, swimming pools and other factors may cause a danger to unsupervised children.
