Release Time
Rooms will be held for 2 hours after the actual arrival time. If no arrival time is given, except for when a one-night deposit is paid, the room will be only by held until 14.00 hrs.

Children’s Concessions
- Children under 10 years sharing parents room, up to maximum of 1 child per room. Breakfast, unless by prior written agreement, to be paid directly to the hotel by parents.
- ABF for children under 10 years get 50% discount. Gala dinner for children under 10 are not obligatory, 50% discount if participating and payable directly to the hotel.

A ‘no show’ charge of one night will be charged by the hotel for all reservation made, which do not materialize unless cancellation is received in writing (e.g. fax, e-mail) no later than 72 hours prior to arrival.
