1.Rate are valid for two (2) adult per bedroom.

2.Rate includes : Gov't tax & Service, Daily full breakfast in Rush Bamboo Pool Side Restaurant and Bar, Welcome Drink & cool towel upon arrival.

3.Minimum stay required: during high season - 03 consecutive nights stay and during peak season - 05 consecutive nights stay

1. Any cancellation received within 21 days(for low season within 11th January - 15th July & 16th September - 19th December) & 30 days for (high season within 16th July - 15th September, Peak Season within 20th Decenber - 10th January) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 (one) night charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.

2.Any cancellation received within 14 days (for low season) & 21 days for (high season) prior to arrival is subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.

3.Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival, no show and early chek-out are subject to 100% of total room night reserved.

4.Hotel have the rights to cancel any booking less than 03 nights during high season and less than 05 nights during peak season automatically. 

Season : Low Season within 11th January - 15th July & 16th September - 19th December, High Season within 16th July - 15th September, Peak Season within 20th Decenber - 10th January.

Children policy : Children 0 - 6 years old free extra bed & free breakfast. Children betwen 6 - 12 years old free extra bed; breakfast is charge 50% from normal breakfast rate USD 15++ (subject to 21% tax & service). Children above 12 years old considered as extra person & subject to additional charge at USD 50 ++ (subject to 21% tax & service) per person includes daily breakfast. Children are welcome if well supervised & maximum two children under 12 years old can stay in same room with parent using a day bed measuring 90 x 180 cm. However for the ultimate peace & serenity of our guest, reservation for children under 12 years old not recommended due to the hotel is not ideal for the kids.
