• Any cancellation received within 14 days or less, will be charged at full cancellation fee

High Seasons Period

check in date, to avoid any cancellation penalty. Any cancellation received less than 14
days will be charged at 50% penalty on total accommodation charges.d
• Any cancellation received within 10 days or less, will be charged at full cancellation fee
(total accommodation charges)
Low Seasons Period
• Cancellation must be received in written correspondence less than 03 days prior to
check in date, to avoid any cancellation penalty. Any cancellation received less than 03
days will be charged at 50% penalty on total accommodation charges.
• Any cancellation received within 01 day or less, will be charged at full cancellation fee
(total accommodation charges)

CHILD POLICY:
• Child between 0 – 3 years old is free when sharing with parent for breakfast. 4 – 12
years old is 50 % charged for breakfast and over than 13 years old is full paid for
breakfast.
• Extra bed is free of charge for children between of ages of 1 – 4 years old. Between 5
– 11 years old is charged 50 % off contract rates and over than 12 years old is full
charged.

From airport please take taxi or if you have request the airport transfer from hotel we will pick you up.
And take the bypass Ngurah rai heads to Jimbaran hill and direct into Ungasan area. There be a signboard where the hotel are located right at the right side of the road.
