They sit on approximately 600 square meters and consist of 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom villa. Its interior is furnished with selected natural-looked materials to create harmonious ambience.

Among the intimate setting of tropical garden, you can enjoy amenities like private pool, outdoor shower, bathroom, building consisting of kitchen, living area and dinning area separated from the villa. For your convenience, a carport is provided at every villa where you can take your luggage at ease.

One night cancellation fee is applied for cancellation notice 14 (fourteen) days prior arrival during low season, 21 days during high season and 30 days during peak season.

50% of total nights is charged for cancellation less then 7 (seven) days prior during low season, 14 days during high season and 21 days during peak season

100% is applied for cancellation 3 days or less prior arrival during low season, 7 days or less during high season and 14 days or less.

No Show and Early check out will apply total nights reservation.

1 Night non refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation.

Baby Cot is available free of charge for an infant and maximum 1 Cot per villa.

Extra Bed is available for additional of US$60nett/night/bed including breakfast.

Maximum 1 child under 6 years old sharing parents bed stay free without breakfast. Breakfast is chargeable at US$12nett/person.
