If this policy changes then we will let you know via our homepage but we assure you that we only use your data as specified here and for our legitimate business reasons.

Cancellation Policy and refunds and charges
Please note: Photographic identification of the person whose name is on the booking must be provided when checking in.
1.1 In the event that you would like to cancel or amend your hotel booking, the hotel's cancellation and amendment policy will apply as disclosed on your confirmation email or as stated at the time of booking on the website.
1.2 If the cancellation policy is not displayed within your confirmation email or on the website and you wish to cancel your reservation, it is your responsibility to notify Thinq Net in writing at least 48 hours prior to the booked check in date.
1.3 Thinq Net applies an administration charge fee of $US25 per booking for any modifications, changes or cancellations to your reservation. This will be regardless of the price of your reservation.
1.4 In addition to the Thinq Net charges, most hotels may also have a penalty or cancellation fee for any changes or cancellations to reservations. This can be calculated from the date of amendment / cancellation to the date of arrival, alternatively one set fee. Customer Services will advise you if you decide to proceed with the changes.
1.5 If you send us your cancellation in writing pursuant to clause 4.2 cancellation is immediate. We will respond to you within 48 hours of receipt of your email. Please note that individual hotel cancellation policies can vary. Please take this 48 hour response time into consideration when putting your cancellation in writing. This response will detail cancellation costs payable by you.
1.6 All hotel rate offers advertised are based on the offers provided by the Accommodation Suppliers inclusive of taxes and are correct at the time the offers are first advertised on the website. However, please note that some hotels in other countries may also charge local or other taxes, which may not be included in the offer.
1.7 In the event of cancellation for whatever reason you shall be liable to pay Thinq Net an administration fee of $US25. This could be in addition to any cancellation charge any hotel may impose.
1.8 Prices stated are on per room, per night basis and include taxes unless otherwise stated, but do not include our non-refundable booking fee of $US5 per booking which is payable at the time of booking.
1.9 Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described.
1.10 Unless otherwise stated meals are not included.
1.11 Star ratings may differ according to the country where the hotel is located and are out of the control of Thinq Net. Therefore Thinq Net cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star ratings.
1.12 All room rates and other charges are payable to us in Australian Dollars. In the event of cancellation or amendment of a booking by you which results in a refund being payable to you that refund will be credited to the same account by which your payment was made in Australian Dollars.
1.13 Within the scope of our privacy policy you acknowledge that upon a reservation deposit being paid we are at liberty to securely store your financial card details and to debit any charges made by us under these terms and conditions or by an Accommodation Provider under its cancellation policy.
1.14 Thinqnet will after notification of the cancelled booking apply the thinqnet cancellation policy and hotel cancellation policy. If money is owed by thinqnet to the user thinqnet will credit the credit card provided for that booking. If in the event additional money needs to be debited thinqnet will charge the credit card supplied for that booking. A receipt will be sent to the users email detailing the charges.
