Maya Sayang initiated by a Japanese company in the area of Seminyak, an exclusive villa
in one of the most progressive areas on this island. Located in the centre tourist attraction,
the villa is surrounded by lush tropical garden and an abundance of exotic plant, a
veritable oasis in the midst of Seminyak’s bustling activity and picturesque Laksamana
road with many nice shops, excellent restaurants, bars and easy access to the beach.

Check Out Time: 12:00 PM
Check-in time: 14.00, Check-out time: 12.00 noon
· Late check-out till 15.00 may request by free of charge subject to room available
· Late check-out till 18.00 considering as day use till 20.00 will apply 50% of one
night rate and it is subject to room availability
· Extra bed is not allow to place in inside of room due to narrow space, therefore
the third person or children could stay in one bed or sharing with parent as long as
no complaint from the clients. The third person or children will apply extra charge
as using of towels, amenities, waters supply and breakfast. Baby cot is free of charge.
1. Regular Season
· Without any charge 16days prior of arrival
· Between 15days till 8days prior of arrival will be charged 50% from the
entire room reservation value
· Between 7days prior of arrival or in the event no-show will be applied
100% from the entire room reservation value/full nights
2. High Season:
· Without any charge 31days prior of arrival
· Between 30days till 15days prior of arrival will be charged 50% from the
entire room reservation value
· Between 14days prior of arrival or in the event no-show will be charged
100% from the entire room reservation value/full nights.
Afternoon Tea
· Offering daily afternoon tea with selection of drinks hot/ice tea or coffee and
company with home made cakes
· It is available at 03 till 06 pm
Shuttle Service
· It could arrange shuttle service around Kuta and Seminyak area, subject to coach
availability
· Please notice to Guest Relation staff in 4hours in advance
A 20minutes drives from the airport, transfer on arrival and departure can be arranged with advance notice by providing travel details.
