• If cancellation is notified within 28 days or less of arrival date, one (1) night charge will be applied, this is valid for high season from 15 Jul up to 31 Aug.
• If cancellation is notified within 45 days or less of arrival date, one (1) night charge will be applied, this is valid for peak season from 20 Dec up to 05 Jan.
• No refund will be granted for early check out

- Children above 4 years old and under 10 years old will be charged for breakfast at USD 8.00 nett/child/day
- Children aged 10 years old or above will be charged for extra bed at USD 80.00 nett per night including breakfast
