Check-in time shall be after 14.00 and check-out time shall be 11.00 Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties, and only up to 3 p.m.
Schedule of Seasonal Rates:
Low : January 09 to June 30 (including Easter week and Chinese New Year week), September 16 to December 19.
High : July 01 to July 31 and September 01 to September 15.
Peak: August 01 to August 31, December 20 to January 08.
Minimum Stay :
Low Season : 2 (Two) Nights
High Season : 3 (Three) Nights
Peak Season : 5 (Five) Nights
A full prepayment is required which must be received by the latest :
•10 (Ten) days during low season.
•14 (fourteen) days during high season period 01 July until 15 September.
•21 (twenty-one) days during Peak season period 01 – 31 August, 20 December until 7 January prior arrival date.
Cancellation Policy :
a.Cancellation made within 21 days of arrival in Low Season and in High Season, result in the forfeiture of 1 nights accommodation.
b.Cancellation made within 30 days of arrival in Peak Season, result in the forfeiture of 2 nights accommodation.
c.NO SHOW without prior cancellation will be charged at 100%cancellation fee.
d.All cancellation notice and request for refunds shall be made in writing via fax or email. No phone cancellations will be entertained.
e.In case of cancellation received within 7 days prior arrival, payment received is NON REFUNDABLE
f.In case of early check out, 50% charge of the remaining nights will be applied.
Terms & Conditions :
a.All rates are quoted in US Dollars and are payable in US Dollars.
b.Special long term rates will be discussed separately on a case by case basis only.
c.Published rate are subject to 21% government tax and service charge per Villa per Night.
d.Contract rate are included 21% government tax and service charge per Villa per Night.
e.Availability of KISS BALI’S properties shall be on a first-come, first served basis.
f.No reservation shall be considered confirmed unless be made in writing via fax or email.
KISS is located thirty minutes (30 Minutes) from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport, in Bali’s famed trendy in Seminyak. Our property is a short fifteen minute walk to the beach, minutes away from prime shopping and a stone’s throw from some of Bali’s iconic dining and entertainment venues such as Ku De Ta, The Living Room and Hu’u bar.
