In case the guest wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room.

- 100% charge for no show or cancellation made within 7 days before arrival date

We provide airport shuttle upon request with additional charge, should guest wish to use the airport taxi, it is approximately cost at USD 25. our hotel can be reached by taking the Ngurah Rai by pass from the airport, from Simpang Siur Galeria going straight ahead until you reach the Seminyak triangle, turn right, going straight ahead until the petitenget intersection , turn left, follow the road all the way for approximately 7 to 10 minutes , where you will find Cendrawasih street on your right hand side.
