Check Out Details: Requests by clients for late check-out shall be entertained subject to the availability of the properties, and only up to 15.00 p.m. Should the guest check-out between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., rental sums of half day rental shall be charged to the client. Where a client checks out after 6 p.m., the client shall be charged are full days rental. HEAVENLY RESIDENCE reserves the right to remove guests from its properties should the properties be occupied by other guests the following day
Availability of Heavenly Residence's properties shall be on a first-come, first served basis. No reservation shall be considered confirmed unless a deposit of the rental sum is received within 5 (five) working days of the Purchaser/Guest placing a reservation and the Purchaser/Guest has received a written confirmation from Heavenly Residence that the deposit has indeed been received.
The balance payment for villa rental must be paid within 45 (forty five) days prior to the Purchaser's/Guest's arrival date. Failure to make the balance of payment within the stipulated time will result in automatically cancellation of the reservation and all amount paid will be forteited.
The balance payment for villa rental is required to be fulfilled by the means of telegraphic transfer to the Heavenly Residence's bank account at:

Cancellation Policy:[1]. Heavenly Residence requires a 45 (forty-five) day advance notice of cancellation for the Purchaser/Guest to get a full refund of rental sum deposit received. Where Heavenly Residence is given a cancellation notice from 30 to 44 days, Heavenly Residence shall refund 50% of the deposit money received. Where Heavenly Residence is given a cancellation notice from 0 to 29 days, Heavenly Residence shall forfeit the entire deposit.[2]. No refund are given for cancellation or date change during the peak seasons period (1 July - 31 August, 20 December - 10 January).[3]. All cancellation notice and request for refund shall be made in writing via fax or e-mail. No phone cancellations will be entertained.[4]. Should Heavenly Residence receive less than 30 days notice of changes in Purchaser's/Guest's reservation dates, Heavenly Residence shall honor the change subject to Villa availability and forfeiture of the 100% rental sum deposit. Change date must be made 30 days from expected arrival date and subject to space availability and only one time allowed per customer.
Room occupancy is strictly restricted to a maximum of 2 (two) adults per bedroom, a maximum of 1 (one) child below the age of 10 (ten) is allowed in each beadroom. No additional bed or baby cot is available for rental.
Heavenly Residence is located in famous village in Sawangan, Nusa Dua. a pleasnt 30 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. We provide Airport transfer free of charge, pick up and departure service on request prior to arrival.
