CANCELLATION & AMENDMENT POLICY
1.Notification of cancellation shall be made:- 7 (seven) days prior to check in date for period stay from 1 April-14 July, 16 September-19 December, 11 January - 31 March, or else one night cancellation fee will apply.
2.Notification of cancellation shall be made:- 10 (ten) days prior to check in date for period stay from 15 July-15 September, or else one night cancellation fee will apply.
3. Notification of cancellation shall be made: - 14 (fourteen) days prior to check in date for period stay from 20 December-10 January, or else 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation fee will be calculated based on number of rooms booked.- The Lodge will automatically release any room bookings without a specific guaranteed letter/voucher with an authorized signature of Online Booking Agent.
NO SHOW POLICY AND EARLY CHECK OUTGUEST(S) will be charged at:- full amount of booking in case of No Show / Early Check Out for period stay from 15 July-15 September and 20 December-10 January.- one night amount of booking in case of No Show / Early Check Out for period stay from 1 April-14 July, 16 September -19 December, 11 January-31 March.- No Show charges will be calculated based on number of rooms booked.

2.The Restaurant & bar area are available for receiving visitors of guest.
3.Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are
sleeping.
4.If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.
5.Keep your door and windows closed when the aircon is working.
6.Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons.
7.The hotel may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
8.Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.
