RULES
1.Room rates includes:Government tax & service charge.
2.Room rate includes breakfast based on room occupancy.

4.Payment in Rupiah are converted at daily exchange rate USD into rupiah at the time of payment.
5.Extension of stay :
In case the guest wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room,
6.Guest room assigment is based on bedding arrangement availability. Please place your bedding prefer upon booking.
7.Children Policy :
Children from:12 years old children are considered as adults.
Children (maximum 2) under 12 years old sharing the parent's bed are free of charge but breakfast and meals are not included.
8..Minimum Stay
-Minimum stay of 5 nights for all room type for HIGH SEASON & PEAK SEASON periode : 20 December until 5 January & 3 nights for 7 September until 14 September.
1. Cancellation made within 7 days before prior to arrival ( at Low Season Periode ) , the guest will charge to 1 night cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation made within 21 days before prior to arrival (at Peak Season Periode 1 July until 30 September & 20 December until 5 January) , the guest will be charge to 1 night cancellation fee.
3. Automatic full charge (of all nights reserved) will be applied for no-show guest.
4. Early check out will be consider as full stay , guest will be charged of total room nights confirmed.

High Season : 1 July - 30 September
Peak Season : 20 December - 5 January
TermS:
1.Pets are not allowed in the premisses.
2.The Restaurant & bar area are available for receiving visitors of guest.
3.Smoking is restricted within the guest room premisses.
4.Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are
sleeping.
5.If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.
6.Keep your door and windows closed when the aircon is working.
7.Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons.
8.The hotel may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.
9.Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.
10.Be advised to keep valuables in the hotel safe room. which is located in your locker cabinet or reception.
