Check In Details: Early check in and late check-out are subject to room availability and prior notification is requested.

Check Out Details: Late check-out until 18:00 PM is charged 50% from the existing contract rate. After 18:00 should be full night charge.
Rules and Regulations for the In-House Guest:
1.Villa maximal occupant for 4 adult and 2 children below 12 years.
2.We not provide and not recommend extra bed in villa for guest’s convenience.
3.Pet/Animal is not allowed.
4.Respect the other In-House Guest and Staff Villa.
5.No Party, no noisy, etc (except private booking for special event, etc).
6.Villa Attendant daily service from 07.00am-22.00pm.
Additional Cost for:
1.Car rental + driver.

3.Tour arrangement.
4.Lunch-Dinner arrangement in villa.

Regular Season:
Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival One night cancellation fee is charged for. No Show 50%is charged for.
High Season:
Cancellation within 21 days prior to arrival One night cancellation fee is charged for. No Show 5-% is charged for.
Peak Season: ( 20 December until 5 January ) --Minimum Stay 7nights!
Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival: One night cancellation fee is charged for.
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fee is charged for.
Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or no show: Full cancellation fee is charged for.
3.No Show Guest, Automaticly full charge ( of all night reserved ) will be applied for no show guest.
Payment policy
1.The pro-forma invoice will be sent upon reservation confirmation
2.Prepayment of 25% of total balance is required within 7 days prior to arrival in Regular Season, 50% of balance payment amount for 14 days on High Season and 21 days prior to arrival in Peak Season
3.Full prepayment must be received prior to guest arrival
4.In the case of unsettled invoice in due date, Buddha Garden Villa reserves the right to refuse any placement booking .
