Any cancellation made wihin 14 days prior to guest arrival will result in the forfeiting of 1 (one) night and full nights for any cancellation within 7 days prior to guest arrival during low and high season

Any cancellation made within 30 days prior to guest arrial will result in the forfeiting of 1 (one) night and full nights charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior guest arrival during peak season

in the event of a no show, full night’s cancellation fee will apply

One night deposit is required :

- If payment over than US$ 3000

- During peak season period

Peak season surcharge (20 December 2010 - 05 January 2011) at usd 50 net / room / night with minimum stay 5 nights
