The bar and restaurant area are available for receiving visitors. A guest may only receive visitors in his/her villa with the consent of the appropriate hotel employee during the period from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. upon entering this visit in the visitors book at the reception area.

If the guest becomes ill or injured, the staff can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.

Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water faucets, the lights in the room and its facilities as well the aircon and to shut the door as they leave.

Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.

Hazardous goods like gas cylinders, cooking stoves, inflammable fuels, firearms, etc in the hotel premises by guests is strictly prohibited. Guests may not move furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations in the villas or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management.

Be advised to keep your valuables in the hotel safe which is located in your rooms or you might ask reception to store in at the office. Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are sleeping. We have a permanent guard in the resort but he can't see all rooms at the same time. The hotel will not in any way whatsoever, be responsible for the loss of guest's belongings or any other property.

Cancellation & No Show policy:
Booking cancelled 7 days for the normal season, 14 days for the high season (July, August, and December) shall not be subject to any penalties. Please refer to our refund policy. One night room rate will be charged for any cancellation received less than 7 days for the normal season, 14 days for the high season. Less than 3 days notice and voluntary no show will be charged in full for the room nights booked. Early departure and or check out will be charged in full for the room nights booked.

Any refund may be subject to a transaction fee.

Terms & Conditions

Guaranteed Bookings: Deposit is required to guarantee all bookings. A deposit equivalent of 10% of the room rate is required to guarantee a booking.

Children & additional guests: Children below 6 years sharing room with parent in the existing bedding and free of charge (no breakfast included). For Children aged 6 to 12 Years old - Extra bed is chargeable at USD 30 per night including breakfast.



Identification: Guest will be required to produce a passport or identification card upon check in.



Getting here: We can arrange transport from the airport. Transfers start at USD 35 one way for up to max of 3 persons. Larger groups can be transferred on request, rates will be provided at the time of inquiry

From Ngurah Rai Internation Airport, please take the Bypass Ngurah Rai road eastward to Karangasem. It will take only 45 drives and follow the road to Padangbai harbour.
