Bluehill Resort has a diving center offering diving equipments for rental and courses on different level of diving certification to those who wish to be certified diver. Our dive masters have logged countless dives around all the sites in Tulamben and nearby. They are thoroughly familiar with the geography and the biodiversities of different sites, so you are in safe hands diving with us. We want every guest that stay with us to have pleasant memories of their dives and holiday in Tulamben.

1.Room rates includes:Government tax & service charge.

2.Room rate includes breakfast based on room occupancy.

3.Room assignment is based on room availability.

4.Payment in Rupiah are converted at daily exchange rate USD into rupiah at the time of payment.

5.Extension of stay :

In case the guest wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room,

6.Guest room assigment is based on bedding arrangement availability.

7.Children Policy :

Children from:12 years old children are considered as adults.

Children under 12 years old sharing the parent's bed are free of charge but breakfast and meals are not included.

1.No Cancellation fee, If the cancellation is made 3 days before prior to guests arrival.

2.100% charge of the price of 1 (one ) night, If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests arrival or for no show guest.

3.Early check out will be consider as full stay , guest will be charged of total room nights confirmed.

1.Pets are not allowed in the premisses.

2.Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are 

sleeping.

3.If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all at the guest expenses.

4.Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons.

5.Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.
