1. Check-In / Check Out

Check-In time is after 14:00 Hrs and Check-Out time is 12:00 Hrs. Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients. Request for late check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure. Late check-out until 17:00 Hrs. will be charged 500 Baht per room and late check-out until 21:00 Hrs. will be charged for full room rate.

1. Cancellations and No Shows

Cancellation for Individual Reservation within 48 hours or less prior to arrival and No Show results to a 1 night charge.

Cancellation for Group (15 person and above) for less than 7 days prior to arrival results to a 1 night charge.

Remark: Guest arriving a later date or departing at an earlier date than the original confirmed booking will be charged for the entire period as per the original confirmed booking request.

1. Child Policy

No charge for children under 12 years when sharing room with parent(s). Maximum of 2 children per room (no extra bed) Continental Breakfast per child is chargeable at 95 Thai Baht.

3. Rates

All mentioned rates are net, non-commissionable, and include breakfast, tax, vat and service charge. In case of any increase in government tax or an introduction of any other government taxes, the contract Partner agrees to accept the Hotel’s right to adjust the rates accordingly as the date of new tax implemented by Thai law. The rates are valid for both local and overseas market and not valid for meeting, incentives, convention and exhibition.
