5.Extension of stay :

In case the guest wishes to extend his reservation during his stay in the hotel, the hotel cannot guarantee the prolongation of his stay in the same room, 

6.Guest room assigment is based on bedding arrangement availability. 

7.Children Policy : 

Children from:12 years old children are considered as adults.

No charge for children under 12 years old occupying the same room with the parent without using an extra bed. 

Children under 12 years old sharing the parent's bed are free of charge but breakfast and meals are not included.

1.No Cancellation fee, If the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to guests arrival.

2.50% charge of the price of 1 (one ) night, If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the guests arrival.

3.100% charge of the price of 1 (one ) night, If the cancellation is made on the same day of the guests arrival.

4.No Show , Automatic full charge (of all nights reserved) will be applied for no-show guest and for early check out, all deposits are Non-Refundable. 

1.Pets are not allowed in the premisses.

2.The Restaurant & bar area are available for receiving visitors of guest.

3.Smoking is restricted within the guest room premisses.

4.Keep your door lock closed when not in the room or when you are 

sleeping.

5.Keep your door and windows closed when the aircon is working.

6.Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons.

7.The hotel may offer guests who ask to extend their stay a different room to the one in which they were originally accommodated.

8.Hotel keys must be deposited at the reception desk whenever guest leaves the premises and at the time of check out.

9.Be advised to keep valuables in the hotel safe room. which is located in your locker cabinet or reception. 

The location of Bali Kuta Resort is only a few minutes from Sunset Road, about 15 minutes drive from The International Ngurah Rai Airport. A taxi fare to our hotel is approximately at USD 15 and from Kuta beach :about 5 minutes.
