1. payment for accommodation and services must be made in cash in rubles in accordance with our Price List for the full period of occupancy or in advance by credit card

2. Room rate includes breakfast at the cost of 150 Rub. per person.

3. Booking commission amount is to be agreed with AYH in accordance with our rates.

4. In case of a no-show or of cancellation of a booking which was not notified in writing to AYH at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date, AYH will charge the guest the full amount for the actual vacant time for the room that had been booked, less cost of breakfast.

5. In case of single occupancy of the room, AYH will deduct an amount of 150 Rub. from the room rate.

6. Additional bed can be supplied at the rate of 800 Rb.

RULES

Of the mini-hotel Austrian Yard

1. The mini-hotel is rendering services, principal and additional, on the grounds of the Law of the RF “On principles of tourist activities in the RF”, Regulations for rendering of hotel services in the RF, provisions of contracts, if any.

2. Accommodating of guests in the mini-hotel shall be performed as follows: Check-in: at 14:00 a.m. on the arrival day, local time;

Check-out: till 12:00 a.m. on the departure day, local time.

rooms could be provided for guests before check-in time (early

accommodation) at the same price, if there are empty rooms.

3. In the case of later check-out it is recommended to stipulate it in the booking order, but it cannot be later than check-in time and shall be paid for separately:

- in case of departure from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 50% of the rooms price shall be paid;

- in case of departure from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. of the next day 100% room price shall be paid.

4. In the case of the guest departure earlier than the day specified in the

order, if there was no notice from the Tourist agency, the hotel reserves the right to receive payment for the whole time of staying specified in the order.

5. The mini-hotel reserves the right to change prices in the case of dramatic changes

of exchange rates, as well as other extraordinary circumstances of the economic or

other nature.

6. All the additional services, which were not agreed upon between the mini-hotel and the

agency, must be paid for directly by guests in cash or by credit cards acceptable by the

hotel.

If the client wants to cancel the booking made, he/she would have to inform us about that decision 72-hours before the intentional time of arrival (local time in Moscow).

In case the client fails to inform us about the cancellation on the 72-hour notice period or the client’s absence, the mini-hotel has the rights to keep the money paid for the reservation, which makes the cost of staying for one single day.

Terms & Conditions of Stay

Governing Law

All services offered by AYM are rendered to our guests in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and “The Law on Principles of Tourist Activities in the RF”, the Regulations for Rendering Hotel Services in the RF, the provisions of contract, if any, between the guest and AYM, and the terms and conditions included herein.

Check- in and Check-out times

Check-in : Not earlier than 14.00 pm on arrival date

Check-out : Not later than 12.00 at noon on departure date

Rooms may be provided for before Check in time, subject to availability, at no additional cost to our guests.

Late Check-out

Should the guest’s departure time be later than the check out time above, we kindly request this to be stipulated in the booking order. AYM reserves the right to charge for late Check out time separately at the following rates:

Departure Time: 14.00 pm - 00.00 Midnight 50% of room price

00.00 Midnight-12.00 Noon 100% of room price

Early Departure

In cases when the guests’ departure date is earlier than the date stipulated in the booking order, AYM reserves the right to charge for the full period booked by the guest, if the guest or the booking agency did not give notice of early departure, at least 48 hours prior to the early departure date.

Payment

· All bookings are subject to secured pre-payment by cash, by cleared bank transfer, or by major credit card.

· If payment is to be affected by bank transfer, then the total amount due for accommodation for the full duration of the booking must be cleared in our account no later than 72 hours prior check-in date.

· If payment is to be affected by cash, then an amount equal to the room price for one night stay should be paid by bank transfer, the balance of the accommodation cost for the full period of the booking to be paid by the guest in cash, on the guest’s arrival at check-in.

· All additional services other than accommodation which are provided by AYH and rendered to our guests, are payable directly by the guest to AYH; the method of payment for the additional services is to be agreed with AYH.

Cancellations

Confirmed bookings may be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee if the cancellation is made in writing (by fax), and also if it is confirmed no later than 48 hours before the original check-in date. Otherwise, AYM will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount due for one night accommodation cost.

Price Changes

AYH reserves the right to amend the prices quoted to guests in cases of extreme fluctuations in currency exchange rates and/or in cases of other extraordinary situations of an economical or other relevant nature.
