Alu Villas Bali is a unique resort , consist of seven private poolside villas catering unforgettable holidays, weddings, Honeymooneys, Parties and Special Events.

Other Benefits:
1.All season: 1x of 2 hours in villa, spa package ( 1 hour body scrub and 1 hour Balinese Traditional Massage) for 2 people per bedroom for stay a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
2.All Season ; 1x of Poolside Lunch for 2 people per bedroom for stay a minimum of 3 consecutive nights.
3.Low Season only ; Stay 7 pay 6 - 1 night free accomodation for stay a minimum of 7 consecutive nights.

Check In Details: To guarantee the availability of a villa for early check in, the villa must be reserved prior to the guests'arrival.

Check Out Time: 12:00 PM
Check Out Details: Request for late chek out is subject to availability, There is 50% charge for villas held up to 08.00, & full day charge to be imposed thereafter.

1.Room rate are quoted in US Dollars per Villa per night, including 21 %  Goverment Tax & Service charge.
2.Rates includes: Welcome drink & fruit, Return airport transfer, and gourmet breakfast prepare in the villa based on villa occupation.
3. Free broadband internet connection in your villa.

Minimum Stay Policy:
1. 6 ( six ) night minimum stay is COMPULSORY for any booking over New years's period - starting from December 20 until and including January 5.

Other :
Force Majeur : ALU Bali shall not be held responsible for result of force majeur and circumstances beyond control of the Alu Bali. This includes but not limited to War, Riots, Insurrection, acts of nature and ilegal acts.

1.Cancellation Fee will be imposed if any cancellation;
Low Season :
Within 7 days : 1(one)night accomodation charge.
Within 3 days : 50% of entire stay accomodation charge.
On arrival day : 100% of entire stay accomodation charge.
High / Peak Season:
Within 14 days : 1(one) night accomodation charge
Within 7 days : 50% of entire stay stay accomodation charge.
On arrival day : 100% of entire stay accomodationcharge.
2.Early Check out : will be consider as full stay, guest will be charged of total room nights confirmed.
3.No show guest :will automaticly be accounted to full charge all night reserved.

1.Low Season : 1 April to 14 July, 16 September to 19 December, 6 January to 13 March.
2.High Season : 15 july to 15 September.
3.Peak Season: 20 December to 5 January.  

Children Policy:
1. No. charge on baby cot, the baby cot must be reserved prior to the guest's arrival.
2. No charge for children share bed with parent.

The Villas is located in Seminyak ,a pleasant 30 minutes drive and Airport transfer provided by us for free return , but if by taxi drive from The Ngurah Rai Airport is cost approximately at USD $ 10.
